  • My rates include time spent on the assignment, liaison with client by telephone, email or face-to-face meetings including initial briefings.  Any additional specific costs incurred such as stationary, postage, packaging will be charged separately at cost price.
  • Payment terms for new clients requires a 50% deposit of estimated first billing prior to the commencement of work.
  • Payments to be made electronically (eg BACS or Faster Payment) within 7 days of invoice being issued. 
  • Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 9.30am to 5pm.  Support outside of these times, or urgent work, is possible but may incur a premium on the hourly rate.
